Collection made up of 1,196 works by 149 identified composers that were active from the first third of the 17th century to the late 19th century. Contains the Milans subarchive with the repertory generated by chapel masters from the main ecclesiastical centres of Barcelona and the cathedrals of the old Catalan-Aragonese Confederation. The subarchive corresponding to the compositions of masters from the parish church of Canet de Mar contains a total of 536 works, the most represented authors being Ramon Clausell, Josep Saurí, Miquel Oller, Isidre Jover, Joan Pica and Pau Llauger.
